QuickBooks Cleanup & Catch-Up
Flat, agreed in writing before we start. $1,750 is our standard rate; $1,000 is the price while monthly slots last.
Behind a month or behind six, the price is the same: every account reconciled to the statement, duplicates gone, miscategorized transactions fixed, and a P&L you can finally trust.
For scale: it's common to see $2,000 to $5,000 quotes for a year of catch-up, or hourly billing at $75 to $120 with no cap on the hours. Our price is flat and won’t change after cleanup starts.
A real cleanup is a serious, multi-week project, so we take three cleanup projects per month, no exceptions. If this month is spoken for, your written quote stays good for 60 days and you get first claim on the next available month.
Books more than 6 months behind get an honest quote up front, before you commit to anything.

What's the difference between you and my CPA or tax preparer?
We keep your books accurate all year. Your CPA uses those books to file your taxes. We don't prepare taxes or give tax advice, on purpose: it means clean handoffs and no turf wars, and your CPA will be glad you hired us.
My books are months behind. Can you help?
Yes, that's our specialty, and there's no judgment here. Cleanup is $1,000 flat for books up to 6 months behind, quoted in writing before we start. Further behind than that? We'll give you an honest number up front.
Do you only work with businesses near Frisco?
No. We're based in Frisco and work with businesses anywhere in Texas. Documents move through a secure portal, meetings happen on Zoom, and your books don't care about the miles.
I already have a bookkeeper. Is switching a pain?
No. We handle the transition: we review your current QuickBooks file, flag any issues, and pick up cleanly. Plan on under two weeks, and your old bookkeeper never has to take an awkward call from you.
What affects my price?
Two numbers: how many bank and credit card accounts you have, and how many transactions run through them. That's why the tiers above are listed by exactly those numbers. Your quote is confirmed after a quick look at your QuickBooks file and locked in writing.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. You grant us access to your QuickBooks Online, which you can see and revoke anytime. Documents move through an encrypted portal instead of email, we never store your banking logins, and we never hold authority to move your money. Ever.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Your books and your QuickBooks file are always yours, fully up to date on the day you go.
Do you pay my bills or run my payroll?
No, and you want it that way. We record and reconcile everything, but you keep full control of your money. We coordinate with your payroll provider so it all lands correctly in the books.
I'm not on QuickBooks Online yet. Can you still help?
QuickBooks Online is the only tool we work in, on purpose. If you're on spreadsheets or QuickBooks Desktop, we'll tell you honestly whether moving makes sense and what it would involve. No pressure either way.
How fast can you start?
We reply within one business day, and most businesses are fully onboarded in about two weeks. The one bottleneck: cleanup projects are capped at three per month, so if you're behind, it's worth reaching out sooner than later.
