Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do. Written in plain words because that is how we do everything else.

This website
This site has no contact forms, no account sign-ups, and no shopping cart. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and we do not set cookies ourselves. If you get in touch, it is by email or by phone, and the only information we receive is what you choose to send.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard server logs (things like IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request) to keep the service running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
When you contact us
If you email admin@reliefprosbooks.com, call, or text 469-702-1185, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and, if you become a client, so we can do the work. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not share your contact information with anyone else.
Client information
Bookkeeping means seeing your financial records. For clients, we receive documents and account access only through the methods described in your engagement letter: view-only or bookkeeper access to your QuickBooks Online file, and documents sent through a private, encrypted file request. We never take payment authority over your bank, payroll, or tax accounts, and we never store your bank or card numbers. Recurring payments are set up directly between you and Intuit, and the bank details you enter there go to Intuit, not to us.
Client records are used only to perform the services you hired us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade client information, and we do not share it with third parties except the software providers needed to do the work (for example, Intuit QuickBooks Online) or when required by law.
How long we keep things
We keep client working files for as long as you are a client and for the period afterward described in your engagement letter, then delete them. Emails and messages from people who never become clients are deleted in the ordinary course of cleaning out the inbox.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. Email admin@reliefprosbooks.com and we will reply within one business day.
Children
This site and our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. We will not quietly weaken it.
